About Us
Since 1988, CulturePrep has built alliances with schools, businesses and communities across the globe.
Identifying obstacles to cross-cultural relationships and mutual understanding, CulturePrep develops strategies to address the need and fill the demand for professional cross-cultural support in the broad spectrum of public, private and nonprofit sectors. CulturePrep is the evolution of Mission SUCCESS.
In 2000, CulturePrep expanded its flagship education program, Mission SUCCESS, to include a highly targeted initiative aimed at advancing cross-cultural relations in faith-based institutions and in the corporate arena.
CulturePrep continues the values, ethic and priorities that have meant success since 1988. With a growing team of culturally diverse associates and volunteers, including authorities in education, business, human relations and ecumenism, CulturePrep champions a philosophy that holds ALL people in high regard.
As politics, borders, styles and modes of communication, technology, and demographics in our world perpetually change, three things have remained unchanged:
- The source of conflict and violence in our communities remain deeply rooted in the lack of cross-cultural unity and understanding.
- The need for all persons to receive education and training in order to improve cultural awareness and sensitivity, personal self-reflection, and cultural competence as a means of arriving at new solutions, knowledge-based skills, and effective diverse cultural interactions.
- The demonstrated abilities of CulturePrep to motivate, educate, inspire, impact, and influence targeted audiences to think about cross-cultural relationships, policies, and practices as functioning along a continuum which effectively leads to cross-cultural transformations.
